Dennis Chan
- Investment Banking, Sales and Trading

Dennis is a veteran in finance and investment banking in Hong Kong and the US, with over 25 years of work experience in the areas of equity operations, sales and trading, and compliance. Dennis worked in various senior positions at Peregrine Securities New York, Mirae Asset Securities, and spent most of his career at BNP Paribas, where he was Director - Institutional Sales Trading. He is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU), as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Dennis also received an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Outside of his career, Dennis enjoys travelling and is an avid runner: he has visited over 40 countries while being on track to complete all 6 World Marathon Major races.
C. Ng
- Investment Banking, Corporate Finance

C. Ng has over 27 years of extensive experience in corporate finance from investment banking. Mr Ng held a senior position as Managing Director in European and Asian financial institutions since 2012, leading the execution of HK listco-related transactions (eg IPO, M&A and privatisations), in addition to talent selection as well as staff development for his team. Mr Ng graduated from CUHK with a BSSc and an MBA.
Paul Snelgrove
- Hedge fund, Private Equity

Paul is a Hong Kong based seasoned financial analyst with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years. His professional journey has included CLSA and Macquarie, where he has garnered numerous accolades and awards. He also has a robust background in investment management, having worked with both hedge funds and long-only funds as well as private equity. Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is passionate about mentoring and coaching. As a native English speaker, he is good at providing mock interviews to students for foreign bank interviews.
Terry H.
- Big 4, Accounting, Regulation

Terry is a CPA with 14 years of experience in the accounting field. He has worked in two of the Big 4 accounting firms with extensive exposures in audit, taxation, capital market and transformation. Throughout the past few years in one of the Big 4 accounting firm, he has acted as interviewer participating in over a hundred of interviews for new intakes and internships; In terms of professional destination, he has also managed to pass QP examination in one attempt. Apart from audit, he has also taken part in secondment working with overseas offices on cloud audit transformation project exposing to new experience. At present, he is leveraging his core competence to contribute to the accounting profession as a regulator. Beyond work, he has also completed MBA program in HKUST. (Big 4, regulator)
R. Ng

Mr. Ng spent over 10 years in equity research with several investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Nomura, he was also the Director and team leader at BNP Paribas and Maybank. Mr. Ng was an accomplished analyst who received the StarMine Industry Analyst Award and the Wall Street Journal: Best Asian Analyst Award. Before joining the investment banking industry, Mr. Ng worked in engineering field for 4 years, he has a Bachelor’s degree from HKU and is an MBA graduate from HKUST. He is also a CFA charter holder and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mr. Ng has been coaching more than 400 students in the universities.
W. Lui
- Real Estate

W. Lui has 22 years of property investment, sales and marketing, development and research experience and has worked in various positions in both private and public sectors. At present, he is the Head of the Property Sales Department in one of the leading blue chip property developers. Prior to his current role, he held various senior positions in which he handled the investment, sales and marketing for real estate assets of more than HKD23B. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying from HKU, an MBA degree from HKUST, and completed the Advanced Leadership Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder, a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has assessor experience for the Assessments of Professional Competence for both institutes.
